SOOK Platform

Role: UX/UI Designer

Scope: End-to-end experience across consumer, rider, merchant, and CMS platforms

Project Duration: 1.5 years

Project Overview

SOOK is a multi-service food delivery platform that connects consumers, riders, merchants, and operations teams through integrated applications and management tools.

This project focuses on the One Bangkok use case, designed for office workers who need fast, convenient, and reliable food ordering during busy workdays.

The key challenge was to create a seamless experience across multiple roles so ordering, fulfillment, and operations could work together as one connected ecosystem.

Problem & Context

Office workers in One Bangkok face time constraints during peak hours and need quick, reliable access to food options.

At the same time, riders, merchants, and operations teams need clear order flows, better coordination, and tools that reduce friction across the delivery journey. Without a connected system, the experience becomes fragmented for every role involved.

Solution Overview

We designed SOOK as a connected platform that unifies the experience across consumers, riders, merchants, and internal operations.

The solution focuses on:

  • Streamlining the ordering experience for users
  • Improving task clarity for riders
  • Supporting merchants with better management tools
  • Helping operations teams monitor and control the service more efficiently

All touchpoints are designed to work together as a single ecosystem.

Platform Ecosystem

SOOK connects multiple roles through an integrated platform:

  • Consumer App
  • Runner App
  • Merchant Platform
  • CMS Tools

Iterate & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Gather UX/UI feedback
  • Maintain visual design quality
  • Prepare and update supporting marketing materials

Design System Strategy

To support the multi-service nature of SOOK, a scalable design system was established to maintain consistency across consumer, rider, merchant, and CMS experiences.

The system supports multiple product contexts while keeping a unified visual language, reusable components, and predictable interaction patterns.
